Spec me a Mobo!

Hi all can someone spec me a mobo that would be backwards compatible with the following items but at the same time be able to use faster memory and a AMD Phenom II CPU if possible.

OCZ 800Mhz Memory

Socket AM2 (940) AMD Athlon 64 x2 6400+
