Spec me a modular PSU

I am currently running the spec in my sig with a Akasa 480W PaxPower, I knew this had a weak 12v rail but it seemed OK for around £50.

Since getting close to 3Ghz I sometimes get messages that the graphics card is not getting enough power, the problem is that I am getting this in windows not when gaming

I was looking at the Hiper HPU-4K580-MK Type R 580W Modular any one have any experiance with these?
