Spec me a monitor for £200 from OCUK

Hey all,

Been tearing my hair out on what monitor to buy. I have £200 left from my bonus so not a lot :(

I know nothing about monitors or panels or response times but I guess my £200 will get me a decent 22" monitor or an unknown 24".

Which one should I buy for gaming on my PC with maybe the chance to play my PS3 or 360 (is this possible?) on it.

Will be buying from OCUK as I like their service.

The Samsung looks great and just in the price. I guess I must stop my greed from trying to stretch to a 24" for £200 lol.

Is there still a panel lottery with the Samsungs (just read about it)? Just want to make sure I can play DVDs, Games and other stuff!

Any chance i could play my PS3 or 360 on the samsung. Am not sure hot it works, do I just need a special cable?
 
Not with the 2232BW version, yes with the 226BW, funny thing was I had to rune mine for XP but it worked perfectly in Vista.

those who happen to receive a C will no longer have the black ghost image revealed in the tests with some 226BW versions.

With regards to the 226BW and the C panel issue, is this resolved and if you get a C panel where do you stand? Can you return it etc?

Nah i don't think you can.

However, i had the C panel and after adjusting the colours i thought it looked great, with minimal afterglow by TFT standards.

Its a load of hype trust me :)
