Ok so basically i have my desk like this
the thing on an angle is my laptop cooler/stand..... and i want to have my netbook like were it is and then have a monitor on the top part of the stand (see pic) but i will need it to tilt so i can move it up so i can see the monitor...now have all monitors got tilt? or do specific brands etc do them?
