In need of a monitor for a friend.
requirements
-need for graphics and movie design.
-Mininmal backlight bleed
-Good color reproduction
-Need a 20 inch Widescreen.
-Not to fussed about response rate, will not be used much for gaming
-Needs to be absolute NO dead pixels.
-Does not matter if it is DVI/VGA or extra DHMI connections
-Not fussed about colour or extra USB ports, other bells and whistles.
I need a replacment monitor for the requirments above, this is for a friend of mine who does a lot of web design. Needs to be no bigger than 20 inch, as he does not want to keep looking around the sides. I am thinking that perhaps a screen with a PVA panel will give better colour reproduction.
Ive not purchased a monitor for a while now, and not sure what are best make. Personally I own the dell 2407 myself, but this is alittle out of the price range and far too big.
Price range, we are willing to spend upto 200 pounds.
I would appreciate any advice anyone could offer?
