Need a new monitor for gaming. I have an AOC 23" 1080p at present, card is a 7990.
Where do you go from 1080p?

well your resolution upgrades are either 1440p or 4k. From there you have performance wise 144hz/120hz/g sync. There is only one 4k gsync monitor (60hz) the acer that looks a bit delayed. Other then that you have 4k 60hz monitors or the best gaming monitor would be the ROG swift that is 1440p 144hz and gsync.
There is also the 21:9 3440x1440 monitors. LG have one at the moment but I believe AOC and Dell are bringing them out. Again 60hz but everyone who has one absolutely loves the new aspect ratio for media consumption!
