This is a Decent Rig,2 x 8800GT in sli is good enough, havent read any reviews about phenom but looks ok for what you wana do :)

Don't trust this guy he's using IE :P

Perhaps more importantly he is pairing an AM2 CPU with a socket 775 motherboard and the hard drive is seriously out of place, particularly given the budget.

I'm about to go to bed soon but if no one comes up with better then I'll have a shot tomorrow. :)

//edit and there is no PSU either although some of the parts are decent choices.

Stick with Intel. Get yourself a nice Wolfdale, and build up around that.

Either that, Or the current overclocking beauty, The Q6600. May be a large budget, But That processor is fantastic.

Anyways, I'll check back in the morning, and do a proper spec if no one else has. Currently limited, As my mouse died tonight, So I'm kinda handicapped :p

also the keyboard sucks... haha

Behave, it is a perfectly good keyboard, I've used it myself (in fact I'm using it's older brother) although I'd agree it is probably out of place on a £2k system.

I actually decided I might as well get the specification done tonight, this doesn't use up all the budget but I figure at this level a lot of it comes down to personal preference in component selection so that is why there is room for manoeuver.

What's with the two differerent GTS cards or was that a mistake :), if your thinking about SLI you will need to add Nvidia chipset (x38 crossfire)

Rob :)
