Don't laugh, but but something based on the Intel 945 chipset would be ideal. ASRock ConroeXFire-eSATA II is completely stable, has all the features you require, admitedly it doesn't overclock, but it's had good stable drivers for over 7 months now and it's even quick for a 'legacy' board. Cheap too.

Don't be puit off by ASRock - it is ASUS, built in an ASUS factory with the same QA staff looking after both sets of production.
