Spec me a mouse!

Hello everyone,

I currently own a MX518 and it's been giving me problems, I also have never been impressed with it. I was wondering if someone can help me pick a mouse, I'm mainly an MMO player.

My budget is £70.

I have looked at these 4:

Razer Deathadder (Seems pretty good for the price tag)
Razer Naga (Anyone who plays WoW praises this mouse a lot but I'm not really sure why I'd want all the buttons, I already have all my abilities keybound)
Roccat Kone+ (all reviews seem to be pretty good)
Steelseries XAI HD (hear good things about this one too)


So far I'm inclined to go for the Razer Naga Molten Edition but not sure, anyone can help?

How do you use your mouse - do you use your fingertips, palm or wrist to move it across the mouse pad? This I find is important in helping you find the right mouse. What were the things you disliked about the MX518? All these things play a factor in helping you choose the best mouse for your needs and stopping you from wasting money on one that isn't for you. I speak from experience of buying lots of the wrong mice over the years of course.:o:D
 
Then you probably want something a bit smaller and ambidextrous in design. I recommend something like:

Zowie EC2 (although has a slight groove on the side for thumb positioning)

You could also consider Razer Imperator but I've heard the sensor in that is a bit unreliable.
