Spec me a multi plug adapter

I'm trying to clean up the mess of wires and cables created by my PC and other bits and i'm looking for an 8 plug (6 would be ok) socket adapter thingy. Is there a particular brand to go for that are good quality and reliable/safe?

I have a belkin surge protector 8 way think it cost me about £30, comes with a guarentee for damaged electricals plugged into it as well, depending on which model you buy depends how much monetary value they will guarentee up to as well (one of them was something like £125,000) lol

My current rig isn't worth a whole lot so i can probably do without a guarantee. I've never used a surge protector either, perhaps i should.
