Spec me a multi-purpose upgrade

Okay, looking for a decent jump.

Current system:

i7 920 (stock), 12GB RAM, Radeon 7950HD, Geforce 570 (CUDA only), 2xSSD, 750W PSU (dodgy), various other bits, all in a Corsair 650D.

Looking for decent gaming (1080p), Digital Audio (Hefty VSTs such as Diva, and large sample libraries), Photoshop and 3D rendering (Modo/ZBrush/Blender/Octane). Ideally still running both GPU, and PSU needs replacing.

I've pondered whether to go 3930k or not, and it likely makes sense, but it's very easy to get carried away with options

Budget ~ £1200

It's starting to show it's age on the rendering and VSTs - the software has moved on to want more power. It's also holding me back a bit on the gaming, and although I can OC it up to around 3.2, it's a bit temperamental up there.

I've got the chance to upgrade now, so I'm speccing it up.
