Spec me a netbook

Dear all,

Very behind in the times when it comes to netbooks, so please excuse the question!

I need to find a laptop/netbook, for a 11yr old girl, and the only real issue is PRICE. She'll only use it for internet really, so cheap as possible!

Options please?

A big supermarket has currently slashed prices on netbooks, my Acer One is a lot cheaper than when I got it! Good bit of kit, can handle net, office stuff fine and battery isn't bad at around 2 hours with the standard 3 cell
