Spec me a New ADSL Router please

After knowing that I got my self a new cable router(Asus-56U), one of my clients wants a ADSL router for his home!
I am bit lost when it comes to ADSL as I have never used it in home use.
I was thinking of this

Netgear DGND3700 Wireless-N 300Mbps ADSL2+ Router with Dual Core Processor [DGND3700-100UKS]

or

Cisco Linksys X3000 Advanced Wireless-N 300Mbps ADSL2+ Router

Any advice is much appreciated!

Billion 7800N or Asus DSL-N55U.

Placed an order for the N55U!
Do I have to update the firmware for that as well?

You should if it doesn't come with the latest.

Make sure you update it once it arrives, its a simple process!

Yes, update to the latest, the one that comes with it is criminal. Update it, then after it's updated, hold the RESET button at the back to fully reset the router's settings, then set it up.

I have that router and a Billion 7800N (both in use).

The Asus has a better GUI and stronger wireless. Both have been rock solid for me.
