Spec me a new backpack

I'm after a new backpack as my current one is getting a bit tatty. My requirements are:

~25-30L in size
Lots of pockets inside and out
Dark colours - blacks, greys etc
£80 budget

I have my eye on this Oakley at the moment:

It fits the bill perfectly, but I thought I'd check for alternative before ordering.

Thanks for the suggestions - I am looking into them now.

It will be for general purpose use. I cycle a lot, so it will be used for anything from shopping, to carrying beer and DVDs round to the girlfriend's etc.

It's very similar in style to the Oakley one I linked in the OP, but this was half the price at £42.
