Spec me a new build

Looking to spend £400 odd.
Wanna be able to run BF:BC2, ARMA2, and so on, at decent settings.
Not including monitor or peripherals just the pc at this price.
What's my best bet?
Prefer intel over amd.

Are any prebuilt ocuk machines worth picking up or should I just put it together myself?

Add £13.00 ~ for one.

The op preferred a Intel setup, Might be worth looking at 5570 which seems to perform better.

Ok I'm liking stulids specs, and budget!
Seems the GT430 isn't so good, am I right in thinking the 460 would handle the games I mentioned on high settings?

for some reason this named make dvd rewriter did not appear in the ocuk dvd-rw model list when i sorted it by price
