He says he will be using programmes like UDK and other similar ones. Along with things like Blender, spotify, steam, browsers ect.
Aim is for something that will not slow down.
Gaming, not wanted.
Cpu, mobo, ram, gpu, psu, case, ssd, and OS. Everything else covered.
Budget, he wants to spend as little as he can, but get the performance.
