I've finally had enough with Virgin.net (only took 2 months) and their abysmal download speeds (50k/sec max on 7.6mb adsl) and the complete inabilty to play online games.
Can anyone recommend a good ISP which does ADSLmax uncapped, has good speeds\pings and a customer service team which vaguly know their rear end from their elbow?
Virgin.net is 24.99/month so something around that or cheaper would be best
