spec me a new m/board

i am starting to do a new rig and have lost touch of things a bit , its going to be used for vr gaming mostly along with pc games if i get time .
i am thinking of using these cpu/gpu so the m/board will have to suit these

so thats a 3070ti and ryzen7 5800x along with 16gb ram

i dont need a top end m/b that i can overclock wifi maybe useful but not essential good sound would be great only want to spend under 200
