After a new monitor for the GF's dad, he uses his PC for general stuff like listening to music, watching videos, browsing etc....

He wants something between 20" and 22", budget of around £100, doesn't specifically have to be something OcUK sell. Best specs are what we would be after, needs to support VGA, DVI and HDMI ideally.
