Spec me a new monitor

I need a second monitor which is mainly going to be used for watching CBT Nuggets vids, browsing, citrix etc.

I currently have one monitor: Asus VG278HE 27-inch (1920x1080)

I have a initial budget of £200 and looking at 27" mainly due to my other monitor being this size. Budget can be increased if needed.
