A GTX 1060 would suit your needs at 1080p for high/ULTRA gaming but if you're only planning on light gaming you may be better off waiting to see what/if you play anything.
Considering your main usage and the depth in which you use Photoshop have you considered a larger, higher resolution monitor?
I only do hobby Photoshop but jumping up initially to Dell 25" 1440p iPS to now the 27" version I can testify it makes a massive difference. It's only 60Hz but clocks 75Hz no issues and play games perfectly well for my needs:
