OK max budget is £750 but for that I need everything minus speakers.

Will be used for general stuff plus a bit of gaming, so a mid range-ish graphics card should do.

But whatever you guys can fit in

I've gone with quad-core and it is still well under the budget so you could upgrade anything you wanted pretty much or if you want to aim it more at gaming then drop back down to dual core and get a better graphics card. Point to note though, the Ram is only on offer for this weekend.
