Spec me a new phone + contract!!

My 12 months with O2 are up next week and i'm looking for a new contract. I don't want to pay more than £20 a month. I want a reasonable good phone, not too thick, preferrably Nokia. If possible i'd like around 400 minutes a month talk time. Don't text a lot, maybe 50 a month max. 12 Month contract preferred.

Who can recommend me a good deal somewhere?

I recommend you tell that to o2, that's well within their contract remit.

Non of the standard tarrif offerings will do that, it's a retentions special but don't expect a top-o-line phone for that kind of money a month. Quidco+E2Save may be well worth a look if you don't mind cash back by redemption ?
