Spec me a new phone

I'm about to go to uni, and my current phone has just given up the ghost. Could someone recommend a capable camera/bluetooth phone, with decent image quality and at least 8 MB of storage space? I'm not looking for anything fancy (hoping to spend about 50-70) but something capable and robust. Preferably something I'll be able to get from eBay unlocked.

I'd suggest a Nokia 6230 as being within your price range, has bluetooth, is solid, you can change the covers, comes with a 32mb memory card as standard(+ whatever is phone memory), has an mp3 player and radio built in as well as a camera. However the camera is only 0.3mp if memory serves so not the greatest although it will take pictures at 640x480, your budget doesn't allow a huge amount for a good camera phone.

I still quite like mine as a backup phone, I've had one for getting on 3-4 years now and it still works as well as it did brand new albeit I need to replace the case and it will look like new. It uses cheap MMC cards so you can get much larger cards very easily without spending much.
