Spec me a new PSU please

Hello Merry Christmas

I would very much like to buy a new PSU ..(my system specs are as below) as I'm selling my current PSU to someone

I was thinking of one of those lovely Superflower or Seasonic PSUs , and was thinking a 650W ?

The Seasonic G series are excellent and Jonnyguru gave the 750w 9.7+ in his review. I got the 750w version when they were on offer a week or so ago and it is really quiet. I thought my Zalman ZM-750HP with it's heatpipe cooling was quiet but this Seasonic is silent.
