Spec me a new rebuild please!

Hey all

Got my last rig components this way - I hope you good people will help me build a new rig.

Current model:

Antec P182 case
Gigabyte ps35c ds3r mobo
Q6600 processor2gb
(2x1) Geil RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5780 1Gb
Corsair HX 520 psu Sli compliant
Tuniq tower 120 cpu cooler
Seagate Barracuda 250 Gb x2

Desired model should include:

Ssd
Capacity to capture FPS multiplayer games by video (ie FRAPS) ingame
Some provision for me buying food afterwards.

Budget: £800 or under

All suggestions welcomed. Thanks in advance.
