Spec me a new Router

Hello :)

In need of a new Wireless Cable Router as our Netgear WPN824 Rangemax has become really unstable and loses connection all the time (even with a cable) and we've decided to buy a stronger one with more range and reliability.

Budget isnt really a problem but £100ish should definatley be adequate?

At the moment, we're running 2 laptops (soon to be 3) and 3-4 Desktops (normally 2) and we want the range to reach upstairs if possibile, but thats no problem if not.

So what do you guys recommend? If it helps we're running a 10Meg Cable Line?

have you tried flashing the firmware in your netgear?

A somewhat cheaper option to buying a new router! :p
 
a friend of mine has just bought a Draytek Vigor 2900V Cable/VOIP Router, which he highly recomends, loads of features including bandwith management and there's a usb port for shared printers.

can be had online for around £130, bit over budget but hey whats £30 between friends lol
