Spec me a new tower

My old PC is constantly crashing, fans are going, motherboard on built sound is really bad, generally rubbish, time to replace.

I need a new tower for £450-500

Got a PCI GeForce 9500 gfx card
Got a 250GB seagate sata ii hdd

will probably need 4gb of ram as i run lots of apps at the same time, need a good sound card, and needs to be kept cool as ill run it for 10 hours a day

Fan is included as case only comes with a rear fan (according to its description) you could always get a yate loon instead, cheap, quiet and cool well.

included a good sound card, personally i'd go with onboard sound first then maybe buy a card at a later date.

included an after market cooler, could try the retail one first and see what you think.
