Spec me a new TV?

Hi guys,

Need a bit of help TV wise, I wouldn't really know what's what.

The girlfriend has moved into a new place and only has a small TV, so looking to get a new one, preferably at least 32", budget is around £200, not interested in smart features etc, just want the best picture and sound for the money.
