As per title really. What do you do with all the fat/oil/water/gunk generated when cooking?
If it's only a tiny amount, I just pour it into some kitchen roll and put it in the bin, but when there's more of it (e.g. when deep frying, or cooking a big batch of fatty mince), I pour it into a freezer bag and put it in the bin
I feel like there's got to be smarter, less wasteful option than this.
