Spec me a paper scredder

I brought a cheapo one from a massive distribution company, its awful in terms of paper getting jammed, if you tried to put two it would have a fit and get stuck before you stick any more paper in.

I have decided to spend about £30 for a good paper shredder that is reliable and doesn't need unjamming after two pieces of paper.

Would you recommend one to me?

I've got an alternative idea (borrowed this idea from a neighbour)
Go down the tip & ask one of the binmen if you could have the drum out of an old washing machine. Take it home, stand it on a paving slab. chuck all your paper you want to shred in it & burn it. Simples.
