This but with 1/2 electronic bollards at the entrance to stop undesirables parking in the hashed bit?

Not sure how expensive electronic bollards are though

Drop down bollards cost are unfortunately very expensive due to the depth you have to core drill to, electronic ones even more so.

Manual fold down bollards are cheaper but a pain to have to drop/replace every time.

What about a gate that slides to the left if you are moving the binstore anyway?
