Spec me a PC £500 budget

If the PC is for gaming this is what I'd be suggesting although the CPU will need a healthy overclock to keep up with the graphics card. If you aren't happy with that I'd suggest going for a faster CPU but an X1800GTO. If you can find any more of a budget I'd also recommend getting a more powerful PSU as although this one should be fine it may be close to its limits.
