Spec me a PC Build, £1000

Hi guys,

A while back I had posted a thread asking for a PC build, I was unable to purchase the PC at the time for other reasons but now I am able to.

I know things are constantly changing and was wondering if one of you would be able to help spec me a build.

I will be using the PC for Gaming (Fallout 4/SF5)/video recording/editing (For Youtube Channel)/music production (I use a lot of CPU heavy VST's) and just general faffing about.

I have a budget of £1000

I already have a monitor/keyboard/speakers/amp (which connects via USB)

Preferably it would have to be quiet and have a good few USB ports as I'm already using two of those crappy amazon 1 usb to 3 usbs thingys as I have spaghetti junction here currently.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

maybe something like this? i7 perfect for cpu intensive stuff and 32gb is max the board supports and perfect for the recording/editing/music production unless what you use isnt so demanding and a good graphics card, but thats optional depending on what monitor you have and whether it has gsync or freesync.
