Spec me a PC for a Uni student.

Cheap as can be, will be used for word processing, watching films and all the other uses a uni student will be needing, will be playing games also so ive planned on getting it a 4850, so just need help with everything else. He's already got monitor, mouse/keyboard. It should be nice and small/clean can be either mini or standard ATX. thnx guise. :)

Thnxs jak731, that looks pretty decent, would a mini atx offer less performance? as my mate wants a small aesthetically pleasing pc. But thnx again ill look into the components you've chosen. Theres no budget, just best bang for buck type of thing that would satisfy a 4850, nothing overkill. :)
