Spec me a PC for graphic design!

I need a PC for me to start doing some graphic design work, using my laptop and hooking upto my TV works well but it's abit of a pain.

Budget would be around £800

It needs to be fast to render the work quickly, 2 screens would be a bonus or one large screen, OS aswell, would like for it to be able to play games so maybe just a 4870 or something will do. And quite abit of memory as my laptop is already getting full with the resources I use. And a network card, keyboard, speakers, case and a monitor, maybe 2 would be good but one big one would also do.

And if anyone can recommened me a good graphics tablet aswell, that would be supa.

The two monitors will be a struggle with the price I guess, but it's still a good spec. I would have to up my budget if I want a good graphics tablet aswell anyway. I could always sell my laptop but then I will need it to shout and scream on here as I try and work out how to build the friggin thing.
