Spec me a PC guys?

Hi guys, my friend told me that you guys worked wonders on building/finding him a PC that will run the up and coming games and I was wondering if you could do the same for me. I have already pre-bought my new monitor, mouse, headset and keyboard.

Also can I add that I know nothing about AMD graphics cards I have always been a NVIDIA guy so if you are going to recommend a AMD card can you please compare it to one of the latest NVIDIA cards so I know where I stand. lol

Budget: £600-£700. If it can be a medium to high spec that would be great!
The games I am looking to play on this machine are:
Arma 2 (all expansion packs included - Hopefully ARMA3 if possible.)
Total War (especially the new Rome II)
Battlefield 3.
Planetside 2.

Will the ATI 7850 run BF3 okay? As I heard bad reviews when wanting to run it at around 1080p, people saying they get about 20fps while playing. Thanks for this also Idleman, I am really considering this build.

On my overclocked 7850 (1050MHz core) I get 50-60FPS on a mix of ultra/high settings on 1920x1080 in 64 player matches. AA is like x2 since that really cripples performance for me.
