Hey guys... little help... want a new PC (watercooled) for gaming. Got about a £3000 budget but may stretch a little further if need be! too! Also, if I ordered the parts seperate would overclockers be able to build the system up + overclock it and deliver (would obviously pay extra)

What I'd require from the system:

- Ultra settings on most/all games
- High end gaming monitor (144hz refresh rate is a must)
- Ability to stream on twitch smoothly and perhaps video editing
- Be able to house a Creative ZXR sound card as well as x2 GFX cards
- Water Cooled (White Colouring)
- Black/White or White/Black colouring
- I'd also like a keyboard that is fairly quiet on the clicks as well
- Throw in Win10 if you think its decent, If not I got Win7! :)

On a side note... If I'm going high end with these things would you recommend ditching the Creative ZXR for another soundcard (if theres a better one out there?) same goes for my headset (Sennheiser 350 SE)

----EDIT----

Forgot to mention I already own the Soundblaster ZXR and will fit it myself if possible

Damn, that's a nice budget.

Just so you know, if you have W7, you don't need to purchase W10. Just do the free upgrade.

Not sure on the about a sound card, I've always used onboard, but now I'm using a dac&amp (Fiio e10k) with Sennheiser HD598s (amazing headphones!)

Really? That'll save me some money! How are they for gaming?

Essence STX II if you want the best. Or an external amp/DAC solution if you prefer. :)

The Soundblaster ZxR is supposed to be really quite good too.

I personally have the original Xonar Essence STX which is excellent.

They're really, really comfy. I can wear them for hours straight and not feel an ounce of pain or discomfort. They are my first open back headphones and I'd definitely recommend them. Great sound.

Only downside for gaming would be the lack of mic.

I currently have the Soundblaster ZxR and it is really good! was just wondering if there was better options out there that there was worth upgrading too!

@Upgrade...

Thats a shame! Would need a microphone added on as I use it a lot!

Oh, and as for headphones, I personally recommend the Fidelio X2. I have the X1 and they are absolutely superb. Really, very comfortable, despite having some weight to them, fantastic construction, and really flexible. A wide range of music sounds excellent through them. They are also great for watching movies, including with simulated surround sound.

They are very warm though, so for certain types of classical music you may want to use something else. I use AKG's for that. :)

OK so you've linked to a pre-built PC, and haven't explained why you are recommending it. :p

The sound card isn't required for starters, and for £3000 I'd want more than just one 980TI!

Plus OP requires a screen... Etc...

well if your gonna spend 3k on a pc you should be capable of making your own mind up lol and maybe he just wants a fancy watercooled pc this would fit the bill.

Dont exactly want to spend 3k... but if 3k gets me top of the range, long lasting hardware that does what I want it to do for the next couple of years then I'm more than happy to spend it.

Like previously stated, 1 980ti seems very little for the money of 3k.

Anyone else can recommend a build? Even custom?

He doesn't need a 5930K or 32GB Ram though. A 5820K and 16GB Ram is enough if He is only gaming and maybe video editing.
