Spec me a pc please

I'm currently looking to build a rig for my cousin who has a £400-£415ish budget.
He requires an OS,Case,PSU,Mobo,CPU,RAM,HDD,GFX(not for gaming but hdmi input needed), and a dvdrw drive. sound card not necessary as he has a spare one already.

Any ideas guys? Any help would be appreciated.

With Windows 7 and the nvidia GT220; PC will mainly be used for web browsing and itunes and small requirement games such as CM and such.
