Spec me a pc please

Hey guys, looking to upgrade from my current I5 to a nice I7 to help with my streaming games and video editing.
Can Take the 780 from my current pc but the rest I'll leave with it as it'll become a pc for someone else.

I'll say a budget of around £1000 should do.

I'll probably OC the processor so some watercooling would be prefered (the H105 looks good but any advice is appreciated)

I assume you'll be streaming games? So leaving the rig open for SLI is a good idea?

Keyboard mouse etc I can keep from this pc, just need the tower. I'd need an OS but have no clue on the whole 8 or 7 thing.
Building it myself I have no problems with but I'm also fine with a pre-built.

However the cooler I'd prefer to change to watercooling as I'll be wanting to OC the CPU.
The case while I admit silence is nice I'd prefer to get the best cooling, probably with enough room for a 240 rad in the roof like from the H105.

You can overclock with the Noctua very well (it coped with a 4.5GHz 3930K that I had).
