spec me a pc pls

Hi all I'm in need of a new pc for playing games some games on like bf4, I have some bits but not sure about what to buy anymore any help would be appreciated bit I have already are

Corsair 1000W part module PSU
760 MSI graphics card
2 harddrives no ssd

Case I would like to get is the Corsair Carbide series air 240 or the 540 version
I have around 400 to spend not including the case I already have the money for it

So a all-in-one water cooler is best for that,
