Spec me a PC

I'm after a media pc for connecting to my HDTV in the living room.

I've got a 2TB external hard drive that I will continue to use to store movies and MP3s on. So I only need the pc to have one boot drive, but the case does need to be small and compact to fit into my TV cabinet.

Ideally I need the PC to have a Blu-Ray drive and be able to output via HDMI.
The unit won't play any graphic hungry games, maybe just Football Manager style games and will only be used for office style work (excel, word etc.), web browsing and setting up films for the external drive.

Any help with this would be appreciated as I haven't built or upgraded a PC for a few years now and am not in touch so to speak with the latest technologies

I'm looking to spend a maximum of £300 for this, but I do already have Windows 7 to install on it so I just need the hardware.

Looks a pretty good system for 257, I'll have to double check the measurements of the case though first as I know the cabinet I've got isn't that deep. I'm sure the cabinet I've got has spaces of 51cm wide x 39cm deep x 14cm high.

what would be a good wireless keyboard/mouse for a media pc like this?
