Hi,

My friend is looking to buy a new system, his budget is £400 (excluding screen and peripherals).

Primary use will be gaming.

Any help appreciated.

Is he willing to consider a couple of used parts? Perhaps CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM used and then case, HDD/SSD, PSU and so forth new - you could get an excellent gaming system for £400 if he did, but understandable if he doesn't
