Spec me a PCI GPU for a 200w system (the CPU is a 2.3 ghz P4)

Aye, it isn't on OCUK unfortunately - but it is on sites I consider reliable if you have a hunt around (try google shopping and search for "HIS 5450 Silence 512MB"). I wish I could give you a direct link, but its against the forum rules.

I don't know any Nvidia cards that have used the PCI slot for many, many years. PCI is a very old slot for graphics card and it was a bit of a coup when that 5450 PCI card was released recently - as it must be far-and-away the best consumer graphics card to ever use the slot, and it hardly uses any power.

Have you considered the option of switching the monitor to a different one (like this excellent Dell IPS). A £400 TN panel 120Hz monitor sounds like it is going to be rather wasted, since its main benefit (smooth motion in fast-paced games) is not going to be used, especially if you need to spend an extra ~£35 just to get it to work.

Apologies, the card I was looking at was just the standard PCI-E version - not the PCI one. I can't seem to find the PCI one in the UK. Also, the US RRP is $94.99 USD, so it will cost a fair bit more than £30 when it does come in stock in the UK (most likely around £70 inc. VAT).
