Spec me a PDA please

Ok this is what I need :

Windows Mobile 6
Slide out keyboard
Full phone funcionality inc camera (sim free though)
Wifi
Bluetooth
GPS (all though not critical)
Fast!

What are the best (newest) options out there?

Budget upto £300 I guess, maybe a little more.

Ooo that does look nice. HTC PDA's are pricey arent they. What about the nearest HP/Ipaq equivilent? any recommendations? Must have a keyboard though, cant be doing with stylus writing.

Well I dont really need GPS so that can be factored. What I need is the Tytn 2 without the GPS so a bit cheaper.

Wifi and bluetooth are a must.

What about the glofiish M700? similar spec to the Tytn but £100 cheaper, also the HTC P4350, although it's only a 200Mhz processor.
