Spec me a PDA type thing!

I dont know too much about these things atm, but I would like one in black with a large hi-res screen, windows, good memory, USB hosting, the ability to chuck sat nav software on it, a little pen type thing, wifi, bluetooth, etc

Can anyone make me any recommendations!?
