Spec me a photo editing machine!

£1200 budget, for photo editing mainly with Lightroom. I have a monitor, I would prefer a built machine but happy to self build if it will provide a much better machine for the price.

Suggestions?

Just to clarify do you need anything else like windows, etc ? any gaming involved.

Yes I will need windows. No plans on gaming at the moment, but you never know in the future.
