Spec me a PMP?

I don't know were to put this so please move if needed.

I'm looking for a new Mp3/pmp to replace my ageing Iriver H140. I would like a large capacity and for as many video/audio formats to be usable as possible.

I've been looking at the Cowon X7 but I don't like the resistive touch screen. I've looked at the Archos 70b but I've heard some people saying to not touch Archos devices.

GD your input would be greatly appreciated.

What about using a mobile phone as a media player and music player or are you looking for a particular screen size / capacity?

Im looking for a independent player, something with 100Gb plus capacity.

Have just bought a cowon J3, I couldnt get over the cowon X7 resistive touch screen. also if Want to store allot im going to carry a little collection of Micro sd cards around with me.
