spec me a printer please

Hi my gf needs a new printer budget is about £40 or £50 (closer to 40 the better) basically she needs a printer that will print quality colour images because she crafts so she can google things and then print the pictures and stick them on cards, not fussed about scanners and stuff also has to have affordable ink, i dunno if im asking to much cause i have no idea at all about printers.
