spec me a printer

Hi all,

Basically my mum has an old bog standard Lexmark printer thats given up the ghost.

So looking for a HP , that can withstand quite a lot of paper work (text) and is cheap to run

if its just for text and you want it cheep to run you sholud be looking at laser printer
i got a HP 1020 and its serving me well, you get about 5000 pages a Toner Cartridges may be a bit more then that i think, not shure, and toner is about £40 a go

geez HP 1020 - £80 thats Very good! never knew they where that cheap, £40(extra) for a laser color printer

i have an old(ish) office jet HP 5510 printer its never broken or let me down tbh , so easy hmm tempted to get a laser for myself + mum .. tho i hardly ever use a printer these days
